My mission is to make a positive difference in the lives of people seeking a ritualistic healthy lifestyle that expands mindfulness, relieves pain and encourages personal empowerment through the self-care wellness practice of Canna Yoga.

I aim to provide and foster a safe community of non-judgement, acceptance, love, fun and some damn good Yoga.

I support the decriminalization, destigmatization and educational advocacy for the ancient Cannabis plant.
