This is a 30 minute slow flow Indica Chill Canna Yoga class that will stretch your lower back, strengthen your legs, open your hip flexors and tone your pelvic region.
Lubricating your hips with this session on a regular basis will prevent issues like lower back pain, spinal misalignments, and loss of mobility.
Use this time to also cultivate more emotional balance, the adaptability to go with the flow and to let go of controlling behavior.
